Risk
Assessment
A risk is an event or condition that, if it occurs, could have a positive or negative effect on a business’s objectives. Risk Assessment is the process of identifying, assessing, responding to, monitoring, and reporting risks. This Risk Assessment defines how risks associated with the business will be identified, analysed, and managed. It outlines how risk Assessment activities will be performed, recorded, and monitored throughout the lifecycle of the business and provides templates and practices for recording and prioritizing risks.
QES will ensure that risks are actively identified, analysed, and managed throughout the life of the project. Risks will be identified as early as possible in the project to minimize their impact.
All risks identified will be assessed to identify the range of possible work outcomes. Qualification will be used to determine which risks are the top risks to pursue and respond to and which risks can be ignored.
Privacy
QES Privacy Policy is continuingly to exercise due care and due diligence to protect Information Systems from unauthorized use, disclosure, destruction, modification, disruption, or distribution.
We will maintain our client’s reputation through confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
QES team understands what is required. Equally, every employee has a personal responsibility to maintain this integrity.
Service
QES works with clients to support the implementation of management systems to get a Certificate. Companies approaching QES to undergo the certification process expect the highest standards of professionalism. This includes the excellent knowledge of the relevant industry as well as the professional auditors, to assess compliance with the certification standards and to remain impartial, QES established a set of deliverables that our client has agreed to receive. The agreement between QES and Client exists without reliability to any third party.

Our client’s training policy is done only through our partners and approved training institutes.
